This class is designed for participants with prior sewing experience who are ready to work through more detailed construction techniques, curved seams, layered materials, and structured assembly methods.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials, including old jeans, t-shirts, workwear, or meaningful textiles, to transform into a wearable, one-of-a-kind piece. Limited reclaimed materials may also be available through Public Thread.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn pattern layout, cutting techniques, construction sequencing, and finishing methods used to create a fully wearable custom bucket hat.
